Prairie Fire

This variety of crabapple has truly stunning, long-lasting dark pink to red flowers in spring. In addition to the striking blooms, the foliage changes colors throughout the year, making it a unique addition to any landscape. The leaves are maroon in the spring, dark green in the summer, and then bronze in autumn. This is also a great tree for wildlife because the flowers become red-pruple edible fruit. This crabapple grows to be 15-20′ tall and wide and does best in full sun. Self pollinating.
