Refunds & returns
Our mission is to bring affordable bare-root plants to the people! Because we sell directly, once a year, we can't accept returns. We'll consider refunds case by case, but once you pick up your plants, their care is up to you. We strongly recommend potting bare-root plants in a right-sized container with well-drained mix for a few weeks to a month before planting them in the ground.
Pickup
Please pick up your plants during pre-order pickup hours. We don't have the staff or the time to hold plants or meet outside those hours. Check the dates and make sure you, or someone picking up for you, can come on one of the two days.
Can't pick up on Thursday, 2/26 or Friday, 2/27? We can hold your order for the general sale on Saturday, 2/28 for a $10 fee. Tell us by 2/25. We can't guarantee requests made after that, so we strongly suggest picking up on one of the two pickup days. Thanks!
Plants for Everyone weekend is the best weekend of the year. We're also beyond busy in the two weeks before the sale, so thank you for understanding that we can't arrange pickups outside our scheduled hours.
